Himachal Pradesh BJP president Satpal Singh Satti criticized the Congress led state government for carrying on with their foundation stone-laying and inauguration spree despite implementation of code of conduct.
Satti, in his press statement, termed it a black day in the democratic history of the state. BJP president also accused election commission for not taking action. He accused Govt for inaugurating incomplete projects to woo electorates ahead of the poll. Quoting ESI medical college, he said despite the fact that there were no water and electricity at the college and no medical or paramedical staff had been recruited there, the Congress government inaugurated its incomplete complex.
BJP president said that it’s first time when government was violating code of conduct and even government officials were also involved in it. He asked election commission to collect the details of inaugurations done on March 5th and take strong action against officials and dismiss state government immediately.
