The Himachal Lokhit Party (HLP) celebrates its foundation day at Palampur, where most of its party rank chart out the future strategies. HLP announced to contest all four seats in the parliamentary election due in 2014.
While talking to the mediapersons, Party president and Kullu MLA Maheshwar Singh, said the party would maintain its separate entity in the state politics and emerge as the third front in the coming days.
Maheshwar Singh also revealed that the membership campaign of the party would be geared up in the next two months and party workers will ensure to reach every nook and corner of the state. He claimed that people had got fed up with both the BJP and the Congress and wanted a third front which could come up to their expectations. The party would work on these lines and strengthen its base in the state.
