Congress Party official stated that the top Congress leadership, including Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, party president Sonia Gandhi and general secretary Rahul Gandhi, will campaign in Himachal Pradesh for assembly elections.
The dates, places and number of rallies are not decided yet, but it is learned that top Congress leaders will propagate lack of development in the hill state under chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal’s leadership.
