Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal released the quarterly medical bulletin ‘Rational Therapeutics’ brought out by the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College, Kangra at Tanda here today.
Chief Minister said that the recovery of patients depends largely upon using the right medicines in the right dose so it is imperative to have an updated knowledge of medications for appropriate outcome. He said that there are so many choices in the hands of doctors that proper knowledge and rational thinking in selecting the right medicines is of utmost importance in deciding the outcome of therapy.
Chief Minister congratulated the management for bringing the quarterly bulletin which was first of its kind by any medical college in Himachal Pradesh. He hoped that the publication would help in improving the understanding of Therapeutics so as to ensure maximum benefits and decrease the potential detriment associated with it.
