Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal today rejected the resignation of Health Minister Rajiv Bindal, who faced graft charges from opposition Congress, saying there was “no substance in the allegations against him. Chief Minister said that
“Dr Bindal resigned on moral ground in an emotional outburst and I have rejected the resignation after considering the charges against him, he is hurt by continued insinuations being made against him and resigned on moral grounds”.
