Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh has speed up his election campaign and today he addressed election rallies at Tahliwal, Haroli and other places in district Una. In his address, Chief Minister targeted former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal and blamed him for stalling development of the state.
Virbhadra alleged that during BJP regime, Govt instead of focussing on development was busy grabbing government land in the state. Referring to the HPCA land encroachment case CM said that Anurag Thakur, son of Prem Kumar Dhumal, under the patronage of his father firstly got registered HPCA as a society in Kanpur and later transformed it as a limited company. He clarified that he won’t let them take even an inch of precious land of the state to be encroached upon or sold out.
He also accused leader of opposition for lying and blamed him for misusing official machinery and resorted to phone tapping of his opponents during his tenure as Chief Minister of the state.
Speaking on the occasion, industries minister Mukesh Agnihotri said that nowadays Anurag Thakur and Prem Kumar Dhumal were seeking votes in name of Modi rather than for BJP. He said that Dhumals’ have nothing to do with the welfare of the people of the State and were busy in promoting an individual.
