ADM Darshan kalia today started the pulse polio program in Bilaspur. He urged all the parents who have children below 5 years of age to ensure their children are given pulse polio drops. He said that if two drops can prevent a serious disease like polio, then everyone should take it seriously. District Medical Officer Dr. Jitender Saxena said that various booths had been made for the programme throughout the district. He said that children who missed the chance by any reason will be vaccinated by the health department workers at their homes. They claimed the programme was successful.
