The Indian National Congress has accused BJP Lok Sabha Candidate for Hamirpur parliamentary Anurag Thakur for concealing the fact related to his business interest in the affidavit which he has submitted along with nomination forms.
Senior Congress leader Prem Kaushal, while addressing press personals claimed that Anurag Thakur has declared his share and investment in three companies., M/s Sant Valves Pvt.Ltd, M/s Jai Aditya Holdings Pvt.Ltd and M/s Sant online systems Pvt.Ltd, whereas he is also director in other three companies namely M/s Shiv Shankar Protech Pvt. Ltd, M/s Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association and M/s TGR Distributors Private Limited. Prem Kaushal said:
“Anurag Thakur is director in M/s Shiv Shankar Protech Pvt. Ltd, which has its registered office in NCT of Delhi. In a glaring contradiction, we have found that Jaiaditya Holdings Pvt.Ltd, which is owned by Mr. Anurag and his family members have shares worth of Rs.90,000 in M/s Shiv Shankar Protech Pvt.Ltd.”
He also claimed that Anurag Thakur is also director of M/s TGR Distributors Private Limited, which is registered at Jalandhar, Punjab.
Prem Kaushal has mentioend that Anurag Thakur is also director in M/s Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association, which was earlier named as Himalayan Players Cricket Association, registered at Chandigarh. Recently Himachal Pradesh State vigilance dept and Anti-Corruption Bureau has also framed charges against Mr. Anurag Thakur for irregularities in M/s Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association.” he said.
A complaint letter has been submitted to the District Returning Officer by Kushal Jagota, who is the election agent of Rajinder Rana, Indian National Congress candidate from Hamirpur Parliamentary Constituency.
