Khaneti/Jubbal-Kotkhai: Gearing up the party cadre for the parliamentary election, the Jubbal-Kotkhai BJP holds a meeting of four booths of Khaneti. Former cabinet minister and senior party leader Narinder Bragta presided over the meeting.
Bragta urged party workers to strengthen the party base on booth level. He asked party workers to garner support for the prime ministerial hopeful in the region. Bragta asked workers to intensify its ‘Modi for PM’ campaign through a door-to-door canvassing and by focussing attention on issues of internal security, corruption and price rise, particularly food inflation.
In his address, state BJP vice president, also accused Congress for misleading gullible people of the region on the name of road. He stated that Congress leaders had promised to improve the condition of Theog-Hatkoti-Rohru road in three months, but even after 15 months of rule Congress had failed to fulfill its biggest promise.
It’s reported that about hundred Congress supporters from Khaneti joined BJP on the occasion.
