Leader of opposition and former Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal has said that the people are disillusioned with the UPA government for its failures and claimed that electorates will express their resentment in the coming Parliamentary elections by voting Congress out from the power.
Addressing BJP workers during his tour of interior parts of Hamirpur assembly segment, Dhumal blamed UPA government for failing to control price rise and inflation. He accused UPA Govt for promoting corruption and various scams worth thousands crore are live example of it.
BJP leader also targeted Virbhadra Singh led Govt and terms its present tenure as dismal. He said that the Congress government has failed to fulfill the promises made during the Assembly elections. He said that the performances during its initial 100 days were below expectation and many decision are anti people and anti state. He said that Congress attains power by making false promising and innocent electorates of state fell into their trap.
Prem Kumar Dhumal also asked partymen to be preparing for the forthcoming parliamentary election and advised party activists to work with a new vigor to elect the NDA-led BJP government at the Centre. He asked party activists to reach every single person and foil the misleading propaganda of Congress.
