In a CD case against Virbhadra Singh and his wife Pratibha Singh, Special Judge BL Soni dismissed the application of the prosecution for framing additional charges him.
While dismissing the application filed by the prosecution, the Special Judge has fixed the case for recording of evidence on December 20, 21 and 22. However, the court has accepted the plea of prosecution for recalling of witnesses.
In this case till date over 40 witnesses have either recorded or been abandoned by the prosecution and about 20 more witnesses are to be examined by next dates.
