Congress candidate Harish Janartha prepares vision documents to woo voters

To woo voters from Shimla (urban) constituency, Congress candidate Harish Janartha has prepared a vision document, in which he has promised more then 65 initiatives for the development of the city. Harish Janartha earlier had also won twice in Shimla MC Elections and was nominated as Deputy Mayor of the MC for two terms. Learning from his past experiences as people’s representative of Shimla MC, he promised to work for decongesting Shimla city. In its vision document, Janartha promised to restore Shimla’s natural beauty and its historical buildings.
