Horticulture & Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training Minister Narinder Bragta is provided with an additonal responsibility of Health Department and Ayurveda. The top post of Health Department was idle since Dr. Rajiv Bindal resignation from the post.
Dr. Rajiv Bindal had to resign from the post after opposition’s corruption allegations against him, which added heavy responsibilities on the Chief Minister, but now with added responsibilities of Health and Ayurveda Department transferred to Bragta CM sighs relief and will expect Bragta to help Govt to ensure smooth working in the Department. Narinder Bragta is elected legislator from Jubbal-Kotkhai segment and this extra responsibility has came to him a few months before the assembly poll, which are scheduled for later this year. Though election is only couple of months away, but it will be interesting to see how new Minister will deal with the added responsibilities.
