PCC member and secretary Congress campaign committee, Rajneesh Kimta has started his campaign for the forthcoming assembly election from Chopal constituency. He takes part in Cricket tournament at Chopal as Chief Guest where he accorded rousing welcome from his supporters.
Rajneesh Kimta thanked his supporters and assured the development of the region which is lacking behind from the other constituencies of Shimla district. He alleged that in the last 20 years, development of Chopal has come to standstill and assured them with the rapid and overall development in the coming time. In a small chit-chat with TheNewsHiamchal, Rajneesh Kimta said that people of Chopal wants him to fight election on Congress ticket and claimed that he is getting good response from them. He claimed that after Balson region inducted in Chopal constituency and its popular leader Theog MLA Rakesh Verma’s decision to fight election from Theog has strengthen his claim. He said that his main goal is to develop Chopal on all front and his priority will be road and other basic amenities for the people of Chopal region.
