Congress MLA from Nagorta Bagwan GS Bali has planned to start Himachal Rozgar Sangarsh Yatra to highlight unemployment among youth of Himachal Pradesh. Bali said that the yatra would be flagged off from Manali on June 6 by the party in charge for Himachal, Barinder Singh, and HPCC president Kaul Singh.

The rath yatra would march in all districts of Himachal in three phases. In the first phase starting from Manali, the yatra would cover, Kullu, Mandi and Chamba districts. In the second phase the yatra would start from Poanta Sahib and cover Sirmaur, Solan and Shimla districts. The last phase of the yatra would start from Kinnaur district and end in Kangra district, touching all remaining districts.

Congress leader said that he had regularly taken up the issue of unemployment in the Himachal Assembly and had also moved a private member resolution in the Assembly over the issue. But, the resolution fell as the BJP enjoyed a majority in the House. However, it exposed the seriousness of present government about the issue. Bali is hoping to join by all Congress senior leaders.
