Congress Legislator GS Bali said that to prove its charges against the Govt, Congress in is in final stages of preparing a chargesheet against departments of all ministers in the BJP-ruled state barring one. While addressing media-person he said that the chargesheet being finalised and will be submitted to the party high command and simultaneously released in Delhi and Shimla and will be sent to the President of India as well. Bali said
“The chargesheet is supported by affidavits and documentary proofs and the names of the entire cabinet including chief minister and some bureaucrats figure prominently in the charge sheet. The document running into 1000 pages includes cases of irregularities and acts of omission and commission during 50 months of BJP rule and glaring cases of violation of section 118 of tenancy and land reforms act have been mentioned”
GS Bali further added that though the chargesheet was ready, it would be subjected to judicial scrutiny before being submitted to party high command. Congress charge-sheet covers the issue of purchase of excess land by several private universities and scams in the health, Food and Civil Supplies, HIMUDA, Home and Transport.
Bali said that his team has received inputs for the charge sheet from NGOs, individuals and media while some information had been extracted through RTI. Bali said that from last three years Congress has blamed BJP Govt for wrongdoing in State and its charge-sheet will prove its allegation.
