Shoolini University’s 2nd semester MBA students visited the cosmetics manufacturing plant of Elder Pharmaceuticals located at Paonta Sahib.
Company officials gave them a Presentation about the company and its management systems. Factory Managers explained to students, the manufacturing processes of cosmetics in factory and took them around in Quality Control, Production and Packaging Divisions. During the visit, the students also got a chance to interact with General Manager and Regional Head of Elder Pharmaceuticals Shashi Pujari. GM also shared his valuable practical management skills with MBA students. Such program boosts up students moral and makes them prepared for the real work.
Elder Pharmaceuticals is the 28th largest pharmaceutical company in India. It manufactures and markets various prescription pharmaceutical brands, cosmetics, surgical equipments and medical devices. The two most popular brands of Elder Pharmaceuticals are “Go Fair” and “Fair One” creams.
