Education department has faced a major setback as its endeavor to introduce English medium in 100 government schools in state faced a shameful situation when Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBSE) was unable to print books on the pattern. It’s learned that printings of English medium books are delayed and it apparently hampered the studies of more then 2000 students.
