After Congress allegation, Horticulture & Technical Education Minister Narinder Bragta comes hard on the opposition and said that they are making issue of the loss making Carton factory at Gumma. He said that opposition is unnecessarily politicizing it. Minister elaborates that government was adhered to the norms, while deciding to sell the loss making factory. Before selling it, government has tried it to lease out, but its obsolete machinery attracts no potential buyer. While taking on the factory Minister goes little analytic and added that more than 5 crore apple boxes were produced last year and factory’s contribution was only 1.5 lacs. Even cost of production was Rs 10-12 higher than its actual price.
It seems that issue is becoming more pungent as both rival political groups are taking each other strongly. Adding more spice to it Minister added that actual decision to sell the Factory was taken by the previous government. Now let’s see that how it all goes and we are sure that more positive will come out in the favor of the people.
