Deputy commissioner Nandita Gupta inaugurated a paper recycling unit in Bilaspur. While addressing people, she said that this is second unit of its type in the state and the first in Bilaspur. Local women will get employment from it. Women under BPL, IRDP and from self help groups will be trained for one month. The DC said that waste paper from various offices of the district will be collected and be recycled into files, bags, note pads, invitation letters and envelopes etc., while keeping the city and its environment clean.
