Department of Youth Services & Sports is organising 15th All India Dr Y.S. Parmar Memorial Volleyball Tournament at Ice Skating Rink Shimla from 2nd to 4th May, 2012. 10 teams (6 Men +4 Women) from different parts of the country are participating in this tournament.
Chief Minister will inaugurate the tournament at 11.00 AM on 2nd May, 2012 and closing ceremony will be presided by Sudripta Roy, Chief Secretary on 4th May, 2012 at 3.00 P.M.
