Himachal Pradesh Cabinet has decided to regularise admissions done up to August 15 in B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharma, MPharma, MBA and diploma courses by various private universities, colleges and polytechnics.
The admissions which are in accordance with the minimum educational qualification prescribed by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and concerned regulatory bodies have been regularised as a one-time measure in the larger interest of students and parents.
The approval has been granted subject to imposition of penalty under relevant provisions of law by respective regulatory bodies.
