Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Estimate Committee of, led by its Chairman Mahendra Singh Kalukheda comprising of as many as Twelve Members called on Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh at his official residence, Oak Over here today.
The Estimate Committee members discussed various development issues and achievements in various sectors of the State Government.
The Chief Minister informed the visitors that Himachal Pradesh has successfully provided Tap water connections almost in all the villages.
The Chief Minister also explained the high level committee about the technique of lifting water from our perennial rivers and told the committee members that Himachal Pradesh had registered 100 percent electrification and every house in the State was having electricity.
He told them about the steps being taken by the state Government on preservation and conservation of the forest wealth of the State besides interacting on various other issues concerned with the development and welfare of the people of the State.
The Chief Minister also honoured the members by presenting them traditional Himachali Shawls and caps.
The Committee Members thanked the Chief Minister for the hospitality of the State Government.
