H.P. State Cooperative Bank contributed Rs. 31 lakh towards Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Chairman Harsh Mahajan, presented cheque Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.
Irrigation and Public Health Minister Vidya Stokes, MLA Kuldeep Kumar, Managing Director H.P. State Cooperative Bank Madan Chauhan were also present on the occasion.
Another cheque of Rs. 2.51 lakh was presented to Chief Minister towards C.M. Relief fund by Chairman, Jogindra Central Cooperative Bank Solan, Mohan Mehta. Managing Director Jogindra Central Cooperative Bank Dr. D.R. Sharma, President, District Congress Committee Solan Ramesh Thakur were also present on the occasion.
Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited donated Rs. 15 lakhs towards Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for rehabilitation and relief works in flood affected area of Kinnaur district.
A high level delegation of Ranbaxy laboratories limited called on Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh at New Delhi today and presented him a cheque of this amount.
Arun Sawhney, Managing Director, Ranbaxy Laboratories offered all the support to any such emergency to the State Government on behalf of the organization.
H.P. State Accounts Service Officers Association (HPSAS) contributed Rs. Two Lakh towards Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for carrying out relief and restoration works in the rain and snow affected areas of Kinnaur district.
HPSAS Association included Senior Vice President Shri K.R. Negi and other office bearers R.K. Verma, Chander Shekhar Sewal, Diwakar Sharma, Rohit and Virender.
Himachal Kalyan Sabha President, D D Dogra presented a cheque of rupees thirty one thousand to Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh at New Delhi towards Chief Minister Relief Fund for carrying out relief and rehabilitation efforts in flood affected areas of Himachal Pradesh.
Chief Minister thanked them for the contributing towards the genuine cause and said that the amount received towards Chief Minister Relief Fund would help in providing succour to the poor and needy persons.
