For coordination on expenditure monitoring with Election Commission of India, training expenditure related personnel, political party functionaries and coordination with District Election Officers besides other enforcement agencies in connection with ensuing bye-elections to Mandi Parliamentary Constituency, election commission has set up Expenditure Monitoring Cell in the office of Chief Electoral Officer.
Chief Electoral Officer Narender Chauhan revealed it and added that P.L Negi, Additional Chief Electoral Officer had been appointed as Nodal Officer and his telephone number was 0177-2621551 and mobile number was 94183-41523.
