Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh laid foundation stone of Secrecy Block in the complex of H.P. Board of School Education at Dharamshala today. The four storied building apart from six secrecy branches would have post office, banking and parking facilities to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 412.18 lakhs.
