Kanaid: Young Congress leader and president of Himachal Pradesh Sports and Cultural Association Vikramaditya Singh said that the Govt would soon set up a multi-purpose sports and skill training complex in Shimla rural and a hydro-engineering college at Bilaspur.
Vikramaditya Singh showed concern for educated unemployed youth and laid emphasize on the skill upgradation and sustainable job opportunities for the youth in the state. He said that the biggest challenge before the planners is to provide sustainable job opportunities to educated unemployed youth. He feels a biggest challenge to channelise the reservoir of youthful energy and put them on the path of sustainable growth, progress and development.
Vikramaditya believed that the state-specific skilled manpower would be trained in the hydro-engineering college at Bilaspur and that will help to find them good job opportunities at various spot.
