Himachal Pradesh Congress will get much needed support from high-command as Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will address an election meeting in at Una October 28 at 3 p.m.
All India Congress Committee Secretary Anees Ahmed confirm the rally and added that there is sole rally for the Prime Minister.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi, who started the election campaign in the state with a mass rally in Mandi town on October 22, is holding two rallies in the state on October 30 at Kangra and Shimla.
Himachal Pradesh will go to the polls on November 4. The results will be announced on December 20.
