For elections to the State Legislative Assembly four nominations were filed today in Shimla district. Tikender Singh Panwar filed his nomination as CPI-M nominee from Shimla Urban assembly constituency, Kuldeep Singh Tanwar CPI-M filed his nomination paper as CPI-M nominee from Kusumpti assembly constituency, Ram Lal Sharma filed his nomination as an Independent candidate from Theog assembly constituency and Ratan Dass filed his nomination paper from Rohru (SC) as Himachal Lokhit Party nominee.
Three nominations were filed in Sirmour district Kutubdin Khan filed nomination as BSP nominee from Nahan assembly constituency and Rajesh Kumar also filed his nomination as BSP nominee from Renuka Ji (SC) assembly constituency. Hariram filed his nomination from Shillai assembly constituency as a CPI-M nominee. In Bilaspur district two nominations were filed one by Karam Dev Dharmani as a Himachal Lokhit Party nominee from Ghumarwin assembly constituency and other by Daulat Ram Sharma also as Himachal Lokhit Party nominee from Bilaspur.
In Kullu district two nominations were filed. Prem Lata Thakur filed her nomination as Independent candidate from Kullu assembly constituency and Narayan Singh filed his nomination as CPI-M nominee from Banjar assembly constituency.
In Chamba district two nominations were filed. Two from Chamba assembly constituency, one by Shri Noorddin as BSP nominee and Chandu Lal Thakur as Independent candidate. In Mandi district five nominations have been filed. Jagdish Chand filed his nomination paper as an Independent candidate from Sarkaghat assembly constituency. Prem Nath Verma as Nationalist Congress Party candidate from Drang assembly constituency. Hira Lal filed his nomination as BJP nominee from Karsog (SC) assembly constituency . Het Singh and Kushal Bhardwaj filed their nomination papers from Jogindernagar assembly constituency as BSP and CPI-M nominee respectively.
In Kangra district Rakesh Pathania filed his nominations papers as an Independent candidate from Nurpur assembly constituency. Ravi Kumar as BSP nominee from Jawali assembly constituency. Shri Rajinder Singh also filed his nomination as BSP nominee from Jaswan-Pragpur assembly constituency and Shri Lkhwir Singh (BSP) as covering candidate. Jagdish Chand filed his nomination paper from Dharmashala assembly constituency as CPI-M nominee and Pratap Singh also from the same constituency as CPI-M nominee as covering candidate and Suraksha Devi also filed her nomination papers from Dharamshala constituency as LJP candidate.
In Hamirpur district two nominations were filed, one by Vipat Raj as BSP nominee from Hamirpur assembly constituency and Lal Singh Mastana as BSP nominee from Bhoranj assembly constituency.
However there is no nominations have been reported from Solan, Una, Kinnaur and Lahaul Spiti districts on Monday.
