Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal today holds a rally at Theog and while addressing the gathering, he blamed the wrong economic policies of the UPA government in centre for the rampant inflation prevailing in the country.
Prem Kumar Dhumal launched an attack on Virbhadra Singh and accused him of spreading the poison of regionalism. He accused Singh for using it for the vote bank politics. On the other hand BJP has always tried to bridge the gap between the two regions, Dhumal claimed.
Dhumal stated that the BJP has always believed in balanced growth and development for all areas of Himachal Pradesh. He said that the BJP is a true champion of farmers and apple growers and has been increasing the support price of apple in the last five years and also trying to enhance the facilities for marketing apple and horticulture produce at a better price in Himachal Pradesh. It is in this direction that our government has inaugurated and started constructing a huge horticulture produce marketing complex at Theog.
Prof. Dhumal refuted the statement of PM Manmohan Singh and claimed that HP Govt has spent 486-cr on NRHM against a budget of 481-cr. Theog MLA and BJP candidate Rakesh Verma also addressed the rally.
