The Himachal Pradesh Congress has ridiculed the BJP’s ‘Jail Bharo’ against price rise and corruption as a political gimmick and blamed them for violating laws by marching on the prohibited Mall.

Himachal Congress General Secretary Kuldeep Singh Rathore in his statement has criticized the Shimla police for not taking any action against the violators. He said that no one is above law and police should have taken action against them. On BJP’s ‘Jail Bharo’ Rathore said that he has failed to understand the logic behind holding such a stage-managed drama of arrest. He alleged that the party’s stir had nothing to do with the common people interest, but it is more associated with their own internal political strife. He alleged that section of BJP just want to divert attention from the ongoing factional war within the party.
