A deputation of newly constituted Non Teachers Employees Association of Himachal Pradesh University met Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal here last evening. The deputation was led by its President Devi Ram Verma. The deputation demanded additional financial assistance for the University. The Chief Minister acceding to the demand directed the concerned authorities to release a sum of Rs. 18 crore as desired by them. The Chief Minister also assured to them that their other demands would be considered sympathetically. Deputation thanked the Chief Minister for considering their genuine demands.
