HPCC vice-president and former MP from Kangra Chander Kumar revealed that Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Virbhadra Singh will hold a rally in Kangra district in the last week of March.
After loosing Punjab assembly election, Himachal’s election will be crucial for the party and as Virbhadra Singh has significant mass support in the State, Kangra rally will be important for the party and his supporters. Prior to it Congress hold a big rally where former Minister and Nagrota Bagwan MLA GS Bali received applause from the party in-charge and this time it will be a crucial one for the Virbhadra Singh supporters as they were planning to hold a big rally in a politically significant district.
