To curb the cheating menace in the board exams, Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education is hiring retired armed forces personnel Board chairman Balram Sharma said that they are hiring 32 ex-servicemen who will be posted at ‘sensitive’ examination centres in the board examinations beginning March 2.
It is first time when board is hiring ex-servicemen to check on cheating students. The board had identified 121 ‘sensitive’ and 90 ‘hyper sensitive’ centres. According to the board, 146,278 students will appear in Class 10 and 108,774 will take their Class 12 final exams
