Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal will preside over the meetings on 13th and 14th February, 2012 to discuss the priorities of MLAs to be included in the next Annual Plan i.e. 2012-13. The schedule for the meeting has been fixed.
On 13th February, 2012, Chief Minister will hold meeting with MLAs of Shimla, Solan, Sirmaur districts in the forenoon session from 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM. In the afternoon session on the same day, Chief Minister will discuss priorities with the MLAs of Mandi, Chamba and Bilaspur districts from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM.
On 14th February, 2012, Chief Minister will hold discussions with the MLAs of Kangra and Kullu districts in the forenoon session from 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM and in the afternoon session on the same day, Chief Minister will hold discussions with the MLAs of Una, Hamirpur, Kinnaur and Lahaul-Spiti districts from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM.
The Meeting will also be attended by the Ministers of respective districts in their respective session besides senior officers of the State Government.
