Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal laid foundations stones and inaugurated developmental schemes worth Rs. 13.25 crore in Solan town. Chief Minister dedicated Buildings of District Ayurvedic Hospital, Sanskrit College Campus, Government Primary School Punjvila and BJP Bhawan constructed at a cost of Rs. 3.58 crore, Rs. 2.35 crore, Rs. 20 lac and Rs. 15 lac respectively to the people of the town. He also laid foundation stones of Indoor Stadium and Press Club buildings to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 6.71 crore and Rs. 10 lac respectively.
Chief Minister also unveiled the statues of Rani Lakshmi Bai, Neta Ji Subhash Chandra Bose and Dr. Y.S.Parmar, first Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh on the occasion.
