A delegates from adjoining Vashisht village met Chief Minister and shown their repugnance over the construction of one megawatt hydro mini hydro electric project at Chhoyad in Jogni Baas. Villagers insist that they worship the place and have religious sentiments behind it. They urge chief Minister to shift the project downstream. Chief Minister assures the delegation with appropriate action. MLA Gobind Thakur led the delegation.
