Newly framed Himachal Pradesh Sports, Cultural & Enviornment Association started its first assignment from Padam Singh Memorial Cricket Tournament. This association is started by the Vikramaditya Singh, Son of Congress stalwart Virbhadra Singh. To make the event memorable former captain of the Indian cricket team and the current chairman of the selection committee Krishnamachari Srikkanth were present at the occasion.
