Churned with the High Court order for not allowing culling of monkeys, Kheti Bachao Sangharsh Samiti has requested government to move the Supreme Court against the order of the high court. Samiti convener Kuldeep Tanwar clears his views in the workshop organised by the Forest Department. He suggested that limited culling should be allowed as an immediate measure and government should take preventive measures like mass sterilisation, translocation and setting up of primate parks.
Principal Secretary Forests Suditpto Roy assures with the effective step to deal with the issue and appraise the court about their impact.
