Chief Minister Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal conducted surprise check of Zonal Hospital, Zonal Office of Public Works Department and State Electricity Board and found many employees absent from duty. He shocked with the unhygienic conditions in many offices and also found many offices using coal, which is already banned in the state for the various health hazards reasons. Aghast with the result, Chief Minister advises senior officers to conduct such checks so that it will help to maintenance discipline. He also direct department to improve hygienic conditions of the offices.
