BJP senior leader and national vice president Shanta Kumar has appealed to party dissidents not to enter elections as independents but instead work for the party to defeat the “corrupt” Congress. Shanta Kumar said that true party men must work for the party to keep out Congress from the power.
Kumar urged former BJP leaders Kirpal Parmar, Pawan Kajal and Des Raj, who have announced to fight election as an independent candidates after party denied their candidature, in upcoming Assembly elections, to campaign for BJP nominees.
