The Himachal Pradesh government has ordered an inquiry into the allotment of 28 acres of land to Yoga guru Swami Ramdev at Sadhupul village of Solan district.

The previous BJP government had allotted the land in 2010 and the Congress had then alleged that rules were flouted in this case. The party had made it an issue in the assembly elections and demanded the cancellation of the lease.

It is learned that if any kind of violations are found during the enquiry in the allotment of land then it could be cancelled.
