Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal
The Administrative Tribunal is set up aiming for speedy redressal of grievances of its employees.
Chief Minister said since there were many service cases overburdening the State High Court, the tribunal would provide much needed relief to the High Court and at the same time an alternative source for the employees to register their grievances with the Tribunal for quick disposal.
The HP State Administrative Tribunal was first set up in year 1986 and as many as 94 cases were disposed and till Feb 2008, when it was closed, total cases of 1, 18,892 were settled by the Tribunal.
