The Himachal Pradesh Government has sent a team of doctors to gastroenteritis affected area Nauni and Raghunathpura of Bilaspur district for surveillance and monitoring the situation.
A Spokesperson of the state Govt informed that the team consisting of Medicine, Community Medicine, Surgery and Micro-biology experts would also examine the cause of the outbreak of the disease besides taking preventive measures to check further spread of the disease.
He said that the people of the affected areas had been advised not to consumer contaminated water and take preventive measures suggested by the Health Department.
