Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today inaugurated the week-long Renuka Fair at Renuka jee in Sirmour district by offering prayers before the palanquin of presiding deity Lord Parshu Ram at Dadahu. Thereafter, he led the procession by carrying the pious palanquin of Lord Parshu Ram towards Renuka jee.
Chief Minister was accompanied by Chief Parliamentary Secretary Vinay Kumar, Deputy Chairman, Planning Board G.R. Musafir, MLA Karnesh Jung, Chairperson, H.P. Social Welfare Board Satya Parmar, Chairman, HIMFED Ajay Bahadur Singh, former MLA Kush Parmar and senior officers and prominent persons of the area.
Virbhadra Singh later visited the temple of Mata Renuka and Lord Parshu Ram to pay his obeisance and took round of exhibition stalls put up by various organizations.
