The Himachal Pradesh government had ordered to issue show-cause notices to the officials who had given the nod to the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) in Dharamsala for going ahead with its plans to construct a five-star hotel in Dharamsala.
The government has also seek the opinion of the Law Department on the issue of grant of land to the HPCA. The detailed report sought by the government from the Deputy Commissioner, Kangra, on the issue has also been submitted to the Principal Secretary (Revenue).
