In a protest rally against the state Govt decision to cancel the land lease of Pantjali Yogpeet at Sadhupul in Solan district, Yoga guru Swami Ramdev targeted congress led state government and accused them for acted under “pressure” of its Central leaders. Yog guru alleged that he was being victimised for raising issues like black money and corruption and it was a tactic to pressurise him.

While addressing the followers at the Sanatan Dharam Temple in Solan city, Ramdev claimed that Congress national president Sonia Gandhi was “behind” the move. He alleged that the Congress was adopting a “dictatorial” attitude to prevail upon them and even asked whether he was a terrorist. He added that Pantjali Yogpeet will fight it out in court and he had full faith in the judiciary. Ramdev also avoid commenting against Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh in his speech.

Earlier, he was accorded a rousing welcome by his hundreds of followers during his arrival to Solan at various places, including Parwanoo, Dharampur and Solan bypass. However, the venue of the rally had to be shifted because of waterlogging at the Thodo Ground.
