The Congress high command today cleared the names of candidates for 11 more seats. Earlier Congress has cleared 52 candidates and with this the Congress has announced 63 candidates so far.
The Congress cleared Ajay Mahajan, son of party stalwart Sat Mahajan, who died recently, from Nurpur. In Sirmaur district, the party decided to renominate sitting Nahan legislator Kush Parmar. The candidate from Paonta Sahib is yet to be decided. Harsh Mahajan has decided to work in organisation and therefore Pawan Nayar is given chance to contest from Chamba assembly segment.
