Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal laid foundation of developmental schemes amounting to Rs. 20.32 crore in district Mandi today which include Sewerage Scheme for Rewalsar costing Rs. 7.80 crore which would benefit over 15 thousand people of the area, Rs. 1.5 crore Nandi Bridge on Jiuni Khad, and will benefit 3200 persons of seven villages, Pangliyur Bridge (Sayanj) estimated to cost Rs. 77 lakh which would benefit 500 persons of nearby villages, ITI Building at Chachiyot, to cost Rs. 5.25 crore, eight number of tubewells at Dhaban estimated to cost Rs. 5.03 crore and irrigate 195.45 hectares of farm land of Dhaban, Mahadev and Salvahan gram panchayats in the area.
