To curve the indecency of urinating in the open despite the existence of toilets, Himachal Pradesh Police is all set curve the menace and gear up to fined the culprit. Police have put up the signboards along the national highway that warns the visitors against urinating in the open and urge them to use the washrooms instead. A number of such boards can be seen around popular ‘dhabas’ or eateries on the Kalka-Shimla highway. Police have started fined the violators for Rs.100 and in an astonishing display around 5-6 violators caught daily.
